Western states, like California, have allowed buyers and sellers to used licensed real estate agents who are overseen be a DRE licensed Real Estate Broker without a mandatory real estate attorney. In California, having a real estate attorney representing your interest is optional.

How Will you find potential Buyers for my property?

While there some real estate agents who will charge a flat fee for their services, most charge a percentage of the sales price of the home once the deal is done. That exact percentage varies, but the commission is typically 6% of the home's final sales price. Both agents receive 3% each.

What do I do to get my house ready to sell?

Historically all data shows that the price of your property is the main factor when it comes to generating multiple offers.
